Return Policy
- Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at REPLETUS.COM's discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Products authorized for return will be credited at the current selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective products are eligible for return within 15 days of order date. After that, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.)
- Packages rejected by receiver at point of delivery will be treated as returns and are subject for 20% restocking fee.
- Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at REPLETUS.COM.
- Sales of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal REPLETUS.COM policies.
- Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to REPLETUS.COM.
- Most TV/Monitors 30"/projections products and Samsung TV's 14" or larger to not qualify under normal Repletus Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.
- Most TV's/Monitors 30" or larger and projection products require infield service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
- REPLETUS.COM follows all manufacturer return policies. Please refer to the manufacturers listed below that do not qualify under normal return policy:
- Benq
- Chauvet Lighting
- Denon
- Optoma
- Philips
- Samsung
- Sylvania
- Vutec
Return Instructions
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from REPLETUS.COM prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Please email returns@repletus.com to obtain the number. Please include your REPLETUS.COM order number, product description and reasons for returning it.
- Please write RMA number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
- Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
- Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
- Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price will be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
- Credit will be issued within 10 business days from the date of receipt to REPLETUS.COM. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 Days. RMA number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
- Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
DO NOT send EXTRA products or products NOT-AUTHORIZED.
